"This property should not be listed in Expedia nor other booking platforms. We made a booking on behalf of my brother thinking that it's at Pico and the property would be nice. They were upgraded to a two bedroom, but was of a downgrade. Cleanliness and providing basic essentials are part of being a host. NOT this one. Anyhow, they've checked out the next day. "

"The Calayo resort itself where we stayed is good including the staff, there is a swimming pool, so if you will not like to swim in the dirty sea you have the option. The downside is that there is no wifi and some of the facilities like shower, cabinets are broken."

"The Seabreeze is NOT on the beach and u cannot see the beach from hotel. There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access...

"I enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed the black sand beaches there. It is the province, so there are some parts not so nice, but Marvin & the staff were excellent hosts. The room was clean, cold AC & comfy. Thanks Marvin!"

"The porch or balcony is very dusty and dirty including the table and chairs. The bath tub is very high and very dangerous once you get out of the bathtub. Standing water around the bathtub, no drainage. There’s only one electrical outlet which was utilized by the small refrigerator and tv. There’s no electrical outlet to charge your cell phone or electronic gadgets inside the room. No electrical outlet in the bathroom neither. One bed has no headboard.
