"It was my first time in Hong Kong and I chose Eaton because of its location! The property has an excellent food court and walking distance to many places. The thing the stood out the most was the friendly and most welcoming staff, especially the folks at Terrible Baby which is the bar at the hotel. Special shoutout to Nishant who gave me recs on where to go in Hong Kong but also a very nice and friendly person! Please stop by and say hi to him if you do stay at Eaton HK! I will definitely stay here again!"

"Quiet and clean, spacious. Close to airport with free shuttle transfers (wouldn't mind if run more often than every 30mins or so). Have to pay extra to use gym - not good"

"Fantastic hotel and lovely helpful staff. Amazing room stayed in the deluxe. Only downside was that hotel bar was not open and the pool was shut for our stay. But we were able to use bar and indoor pool in other Disney hotel"

We arrived well before check-in time so the staff kept our cases safe, and when we came back later on in the day the cases were in the room waiting for us. Room was clean, very comfortable and very quiet and gym was clean and brand new. "
