"Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful "

"Staff was great and airport shuttle was right on time (early even). The room needed updating - there was drywall showing through in one fairly large spot."

"Front staff lady was not helpful. Parking signs were up saying you needed to pay on an app and she never offered a parking pass. I only knew because I heard a different front staff offer it to someone else. It cost me $17 extra. There was also a loud barking dog that I heard someone else report to staff, they said they couldn’t do anything. It barked for hours and was in the background of my virtual meeting. The dumpster was picked up at 5am slamming around and woke up several guests, it was discussed at breakfast."
