Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, very nice breakfast. Would highly recommend! 1 odd thing… I showered just before going to bed and ended up switching beds (double queen room) because there were strange water noises coming from the wall behind headboard which was next to bathroom wall. Seemed that the water pipes must have been back there and made a lot of noise. I thought it might keep us up, but the water sounds did eventually stop. Would not stop me from staying again.

My go to hotel in Charlotte!!!! Clean and comfortable. I don’t care about anything else when I travel. As long as my room,bed,sheets is clean, ( past experience with bedbugs sightings in other hotels… yikes and I am forever mortified!!!!) no mold or smells… then it’s a thumbs up!!!!!!
