"Cleanliness is an issue. When we checked in, bedsheets were dirty. Hot water also cannot be sustained. There were also ants around the sink area. After they cleaned consistently every day, our experience was much better. You pay for what you get. "

"This is a beautiful beachfront resort. The view is amazing! If the ocean is rough or not your thing, the pool is also wonderful. It is a very busy place and we found the noise to be a bit much so be prepared for this. We had the buffet breakfast included in our package and the food was good with a nice selection however they tended to run out of items after 8:30 or so. The beds were very comfy and the staff were extremely accommodating. Rachel at the front desk provided excellent customer...
