"The staff was great and they gave me a complimentary upgrade on the room. The food was delicious but I will say the portion sizes were small but you can get as many plates as you want. The employees were excellent and very responsive in every way. One thing that is different is they enter your room without notice. This happened twice during our stay and it does take some of the comfort away because they could come in at any time. And I was not dressed and two ladies are in my room actually talking to me and I was half naked. I did not like this at all. Other than that I would stay here again and make a special request not to enter my room unless asked or needed. I highly recommend!!!"

Nothing wrong with the room but was located next to the entertainment area, we asked them to move us to a quiet area of the resort and they were very happy to help us. The service was above expectations and made our week absolutely fantastic!"
