I asked to have the parking fee removed for the 1 1/2 weeks that I was there since the parking garage gates were open the whole time and everyone in the city could park for free, but I was told "no". No other explanation than it was required of the people staying there and no manager was available to speak with. There was no empathy at all by any of the people at the front desk."
