"First time in the St. louis area & staying at this hotel. The property was in a great little location that wasn’t overly far from St. louis. The staff were lovely and very kind. Our room actually go upgraded for free as well as a free beverage due to my expedia status (i’ve done lots of traveling but have never had this before). The breakfast was decent, there was lots of options for everyone. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool or hot tub but there was always people in the area and looked very clean. Overall very impressed and would come back!"

"Nice Hotel. Rooms were clean and big. Breakfast was good with different options daily. Free Ice Cream all day was a nice touch for the kids. Would stay there again."

"Friendly staff at breakfast. The hotel rooms are ok, the bathrooms are nice and updated, but the floors in the rooms need to mopped properly as they feel quite sticky and dirty. Good that it has a gym, but there’s a mismatch of single weights of varying size. The use of plastic wrapped plastic cutlery at breakfast is not great, would be great if that was changed into something more environmentally friendly."

"Rooms were filthy, trash behind headboards, dirty sheets on pull out sofa bed, shower was dirty, no toliet paper in bathroom, dirty diaper and popcorn spilled all in elevators. Room smelled terrible of Marijuana when we entered. When we arrived our door to our room was open and unlocked. The trash had not even been taken out. Went to swim and the hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it caused my daughter to receive chemical burns all over her body. The smell of chlorine was so bad we had to open the doors to the indoor pool to let the smell out. The heated pool was freezing cold. "

"Staff members were all great ! A big shout to the assistant manager on duty while we were there, he is a real go getter. The hospitality of all the staff is perfect. I know we have found a new hotel to stay in "

"Rooms are very outdated and not clean. Another group we were traveling with had bed bugs in their room and had to be relocated. Rooms are dark, bathroom very small and had mold around the edge of the shower. Overall not clean and not an enjoyable stay."

"Everything was very nice. Location is close to just about everything. The neighborhood seems safe. Wished there were stairs for guest use. The elevators were on the slow side. Nice to have the pool and hot tub open 24 hours for adults. Breakfast was the usual fare, nothing extraordinary but good. The gym was the highlight; wish it wasn’t in the basement though. "
