"Room needs a bit of maintenance - obvious things not attended to. Finally got a ‘sloping desk’ but in the wrong direction. Staff response and overall friendliness was a significant saving grace. Breakfast was great value for money as was the service at breakfast. Not so sure about the restaurant nearby as that was close unexpectedly early on the day we were to visit it. Overall good value for money if rooms are given a bit more attention."

"It is a nice hotel just om the perimeter of the Mall of Africa in Waterfall City. Check out the Highline roof top bar and restaurant for a nice view of a sunset over Midrand. Sure there is a little thing here or there that is a bit worn but nothing major. The staff is fantastic. Everything I was leaving they checked I was getting into the right Uber ride. Felt really safe the whole time."

"We have stayed here before, about 3 years ago, we loved the hotel then, and we loved it this time, but with caveats. The property is showing signs of wear that are not being addressed. Noisy extractors in the bathroom, a broken lamp in the room. Things not being addressed like this time the shine off an excellent hotel. The restaurant is exceptional."
