The surrounding and the location very safe. The staff were welcoming. Only that i did request for a stiff bed to allow me to accommodate my back pain, it was not provided.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were brilliant and helpful! The rooms were exceptionally clean. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The only downside is there was live music outside my window which was a bit noisy.

I did appreciate the early check-in and the very well maintained Montecasino premises. Friendly service at Breakfast and great laundry service. Comfortable bed. Not recommended for 2 people due to the quite open desigend bathroom. very thin room door, not sound proofed at all.I have not received an invoice at the reception, they said I will get it from Expedia. I found this very unusal.

Good hotel but no (soft) drinks after midnight.

The hotel is celan and located in a good and safe area. The only very strange thing is I arrived a bit after midnight and I had to go buy soft drinks in a casino because in the hotel there was nothing available. No mini bar, the hotel nar was closed, no room service...

Needs a refresh but good quality for the price.

Stayed previously at this hotel when it was called Southern Sun in 2009. Nothing much has changed and it could probably benefit from a refresh in places. Biggest down side is that you can no longer use the pool at the sister 4 star hotel nearby. A massive negative for me which means will not use this hotel again.
