This Hotel should not be considered as a 3 star this is more of a 4 star except for the bed quality this could be a 5 star. The food was out of this world, You dont need to go out of the hotel for a awsome dining experience. Staff is helpfull and the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in.

I love to come to this hotel. Everyone knows us by name, making our stay much more welcoming. This is true for the front desk, the kitchen team, the cleaners, and the security team. I do enjoy my time in this location. I think the windows could do with a bit of a wash. It is great to check out the sunset by the elevators or watch the lightning from my bedroom window.

This hotel is a gem. The staff was friendly. Debra, Sibongile & Sinoxolo made us feel at home & went the extra mile. Throughout our stay, all our meals were excellent. We almost had everything on the menu! Our spacious room was neat & spotless. We appreciated the quiet times by the pool with the sundowners. Great stay. Will be coming back.
