"I had an excellent experience here. I checked in during the early hours, and the porter was already waiting—very friendly and even offered me tea or coffee on arrival. The room was spotless, compact, and perfect for a one-night stay, with a lovely bath towel provided. There was no hairdryer in the room, but otherwise everything was just right. Parking usually comes with a charge, but it wasn’t working during my visit, which was a bonus. Despite being located at a service area, it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was buffet-style with plenty of choice, and the Full English was piping hot. I would definitely stay again. "

"We stayed for a week. It was a good option for the price. Stayed on the ground floor and could hear what sounded like a herd of elephants above us for hours on end (it turned out to be human children) The floors are obviously very thin and not soundproof. Breakfast was great. Grounds were lovely. And the Heathley Arms Pub across the car park was wonderful for lunch and dinner options. "

"All good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didn’t get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s disgusting "
