"A beautiful apartment in a lovely location! Comfy beds, lovely en-suite shower rooms, great furniture and well equipped kitchen. Lovely view not to the front and rear - a stones throw to the beach and to the old town! A few small things…there was an iron but no ironing board. There were pegs but nothing to hang the washing on and there was no broom to sweep the floor, just a small dustpan and brush! Apartment has no parking and parking is a challenge in Estepona. "It was unclear in the instructions how to get the keys to the apartment. It is at a different address and the address on expedia was not correct. There is no parking. The space was big enough and in a good location. 2 minutes to get to the beach and boardwalk. All around is a pedestrian area filled with cafes. Great location. My biggest issue with the apartment was that the drain in the shower didn’t work correctly. When you had a shower the bottom just filled up with drain water over your...

"Had a wonderful break here. Reading reviews about ants I bought spray on my first shop so it wasn't too bad a problem despite being ground floor. Lovely pool and lifeguard makes sure that people don't reserve and dont return so you can always get a chair whatever time of day. Spacious apartment with a modern look - had everything we needed. Lots of kids entertainment in evenings but it started too late for our kids! There are a lot of stairs in the complex so if you get a flat in the wrong area there might be a lot of walking steps - would advise messaging hotel in advance if need step free access! "

"This is third time we have stayed at Holiday Inn express in Spain, first time at this one. Breakfast was wonderful--I cant emphasize the benefit that this is. The rooms were clean. The sofa bed is sufficiently comfortable but a full bed would be better. Having said that, my large fat self slept very well on the Sofa bed. Parking was fine as street parking in that area is ample and easy to find right outside the hotel. "
