Property location ideal when arriving by bus. Also easy walk to border crossing to Gibraltar. Some rooms with sea and Gibraltar views.

There was only one lift for a couple of days and this was a big issue, especially from the fifth floor. When we first arrived it was very hot in the room and without the heating on it was still over 25 degrees. I spoke to reception who stated that air con was switched off for the winter and you can only have one or the other. Location is great and staff friendly.

The hotel was very nice. My room was clean. The breakfast was great. The evening meal wasn't very good most of it was cold poor quality and the put the veg out the next morning. Which by then didn't look very good.
