Big sprawling building with underground parking. Nice big modern room. Directions to some rooms not available depending on elevator you take. Colossal empty terrace which unfortunately cannot be meaningfully used. Large breakfast buffet. Extremely close to border.

After always attending this hotel I have had some bad times, but this time was brilliant. The staff were attentive, very helpful. The man at breakfast and dinner clearing the tables always made my little one smile and greeted him! The room was more up to date this time, and the view was outstanding! The pool was beautiful as always. Food was good, could be a little more selection but for the price! Was amazing. Perfecta !!

We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location, overlooking the beautiful marina, was ideal for access to Gibraltar and the centre of La Linea, with the lovely beach just a 200metre walk. The food was excellent, the room clean and spacious with a marina and Gibraltar view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only criticism was that the toilets were low for tall elderly people.

Nice hotel , very close to the border to Gibraltar , about 15 minute walk , it has parking for 12 euro a day which is good for the area, and nice restaurant . The room is clean and the pool looks nice as well , I did not use it because no time but it looks very nice . The room is clean and large and the staff is very friendly . The town center is also short walk .

The one thing we like about the hotel is that it’s close to the border with Gibraltar and the price was right. Right the hotel is being renovated so even though the noise was kept quiet some areas had dirt everywhere. But overall it’s a nice place to stay. One thing though, it seems that the hotel is a magnet for large groups; there were some sports teams staying there so if you don’t mind staying in noisy areas until late evening, good for you. I prefer quiet places while vacationing.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were incredibly accommodating—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious and spotless, making it easy to relax after a day out. The location is perfect for visiting —walking distance to the border and transit station, with plenty of markets and restaurants nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
