"This was an absolutely wonderful hotel, the staff was kind, it was clean, and exactly what we needed, including the pool and hot tub. There was construction happening, which is advertised on the website and meant to grow the hotel into its IHG brand. We were accommodated in a phenomenal way when we mentioned noise to staff. Truly a wonderful experience! So happy to have stayed there."

"There was no view only buildings. Our room was 712 the housekeepers assembled out there it was loud. The AZc was loud very loud, the showeer head needs changing, it did not flow together"

"The LaConcha exceeded or expectations for our first visit to PR! Beautiful interior. Comfortable suite and bed! Everything you need is right on the premises, yet you have plenty of options within walking distance on the main strip with many restaurants, stores, and gift shops. We have no complaints and look forward to going back!"
