"Overall amenities were good. The room had scratch marks all over the walls. Images on the website make the room much bigger than it actually was. Staff at Santa Marta & Kirsten were amazing, friendly full of energy and a good vibe. However, the Santa Joana were quite rude and stuck up, left immediately when the vibe was off. Reception was super helpful, 24/7 so always available for any situations."

"This was a very nice hotel I had the deluxe single room on the small side, but perfectly appointed. It’s a beautiful space. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet custom omelette brought to my table. The room was quiet. It had excellent light prevention. It was easy to sleep. The linens were soft and the mattress was perfect. Each staff member I encountered was very courteous and polite, and answered my questions. It is across the street from Oriente bus and train station. Easiest location I would stay here again."
