The room was spotles and the location was the best in town being less than a minute away from the clock tower. The staff was courteous and professional as always and i have no shame to that Cindy & Richard are amongst my favorite people in Cartagena. I can't wait to go back!

Our stay was very good, and the highlight was the extraordinary effort of the staff, for a variety of reasons. The most significant was the city water was shut down for 18 hours and the staff made every effort to minimize the major inconvenience.

My stay at Soy Local Centro Histórico was incredible! The staff were wonderful—always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. The cleaning team was amazing, keeping everything spotless and organized. Most importantly, I felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay. The room is super nice and the personnel are very helpful and knowledgeable of the area around the hotel, The view from the rooftop it's incredible and it's very well located, for those who don't speak English they have English speakers in the lobby, I highly recommend this place, there's no need to rent a car cuz you have access to the best parts of the city, they are all within walking distance.
