The checking-in process was a bit tedious . The host should've given me a link in advance to upload the documents to make the process smoother. The area in which the resort is located is very convenient .. it is nearby drug stores, food vendors etc. The issue I had with this resort was, I had to shower in cold-warm water whereas the sink had hot water.

Nothing negative to really say! It is right by the airport so we walked too and from in just a few minutes. There are food places and grocery markets just a 5-10 minute walk away, and even a few decent places too quickly grab food right beside. It is a short 15 minutes to almost everywhere by cab or rideshare app. I really dont have any complaints.

The room and location is great! There a lot of restaurants and stores close by. The airport is a 7 min walk. The hostess was so nice she decorated our room for our birthdays. The only issue for me were the sheets had a lot of hair and the towels had stains

The apartment wasn’t what I expected at all, from the view to the size of the bed..I booked a king bed but it was a queen bed, it’s supposed to be a ocean view I got a view of the airport , the sheets was dirty the towels were dirty the ac barley worked! I would not book the apartment again. The hallway was stink! The only good thing about this was the hotel staff and security very friendly…next time would definitely stay in another apartment the pool and jacuzzi was nice..

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you go for sigh seeing its ok....the hotel its just ok... So do not expect any services... Ppl verly want to help you....you have to ask for fresh towels if you want... They do not provide hand or wash clothes... For room cleaning you have to ask its for a price... Just FYI

When we checked into the room, the bedding was dirty . Had to wait for them to change out. No blanket or cover on bed. I had to sleep with my clothes on or a jacket to keep warm at night. The kitchen and shower faucet knobs are falling off. Bathroom trash can lid broken ( Pictures upon request). TV NO internet service. We had to use the same Shower towels for 6 days. The resort has so many rules and restrictions. The only good thing about this place was the view. I would not recommend staying here.

Room was clean. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Shower had good water pressure. washing machine provided in the room. Plenty of lighting. The hotel door is very slow closing, I would make sure it closed all the way. The full size mirror on the barn door of the bathroom was a nice touch.
