"The location of the place is excellent, making it convenient for various activities. However, there is one drawback that needs to be addressed. The room is plagued by numerous small flying bugs, which seem to be originating from the nearby garbage room. Consequently, the bugs invade the room whenever the door is opened. Stay there for 7 days and if those days I want to change the Sheets and clean the place I have to pay additional tha paying daily it’s insane "

"The studio was very dirty. We sent photos to ebookers.fi to see how dirty it was. In bedroom roof was spidernest hanging. Bathroon bathcurtain was black so dirty downpart. Dust and dirty all over. We neededto wash the dishes when arrived as dirty. Only 2 towel wassort of clean. All the rest weredirty and stinked so neededto wash them. Dirt and dust in furnitures and on the floor. NOT recommend this place 1 Tower 15 L studio. Owner did not take any responce."

"when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess...

"The following are the hotel entities that I came in contact with. All were excellent. Customer service (front desk) housekeeping, breakfast, room cleanliness, porters, security, and taxi service from hotel on numerous occasions. I'm hopeful that the pool construction and repairs will be completed the next time I visit."

Mactan Grand Golden Hotel

"We were very satisfied with the two days that we stayed at the Mactan Grand Golden Hotel. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Everything worked. Good air conditioning and fast Internet. It has a very roomy shower that delivered warm water three different ways. I liked the shower so much that I took photographs of it to give to the architect when we build our house in the Philippines. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is a must see. We will be willing to stay there again."

"We have stayed there many times and always enjoy it. One tiny criticism: it would be nice if the staff bought decent water bottles for the room. The current bottles are extremely thin. They are all dented, which means that the bottle can't stand up. It's a minor annoyance to put a bottle down on the table beside you, but then the bottle falls over and spills because the bottom is dented."

"My family and I booked 2 rooms for 1 night just to see the resort. We live near the area, and wanted to try out. Upon arrival all staff was nice, no complaints we were greeted with juice! Rooms were clean, had a snack bar, and came with free complimentary water bottles. There are 3 outdoor pools that compliments the resort. The only complaint I had was lack of buffet options."
