Village Hotel Cardiff
The staff were so friendly and helpful on arrival. They helped with check in and were knowledgeable! They had also gone the extra mile for my daughter who was celebrating a birthday; adding a not, balloons, and gift. Honestly it was such a lovely surprise!

Future Inns Cardiff Bay
Room was large and clean but felt tired. Staff were friendly, location was just outsode town, easy to getting in and out with taxi's. Would probably not stay again would look for a hotel with a bit more of a modern feel but that is personal preference.
