Cardiff hotel rooms a the Sleeperz Hotels

"Location is excellent, everything else is poor. Staff inattentive, shortages and lack of choice for breakfast. Rooms dated and basic. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and seemed to have a lack of direction from staff on evacuating. Key card was deactivated on two different occasions after returning to the room meaning a trip back to reception to fix it. Disappointing hotel! "

"Very convenient for the train station and centre of Cardiff. Hotel was very modern and clean. Room was slightly small but plenty big enough for one night. Staff at check in were great. Would definitely use them again. "

"Cheap and cheerful for a one night stay. A few faults. Booking family rooms up 2 and a half flights of narrow stairs, windows in both rooms were faulty doesnt shut or a shash window with no lock or safety guard on a 2nd floor. Advertised lift which doesnt go to all floor, no bistro for food, bar very limited, parking extremely tight and very limited for the size of the hotel. "

"Front desk staff were horrible at check in, The asked them where the ice machine was, they told me on the first floor, went there could not find it, they insisted it was there. Asked a different staff member the next morning and was told the ice machine was broken and removed a few days before"
