L’expĂ©rience a vite confirmĂ© un grand dĂ©calage entre vos photos et la rĂ©alitĂ©. La chambre prĂ©sentait de l’humiditĂ© sur les murs, une odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able, des draps sales dont un rangĂ© souillĂ© dans le placard, et mĂȘme des cafards morts au sol....

"The resort and service are truly 5-star in every way! Our suite was nestled in the top of a rainforest - with minkeys coming over to our infinity pool for a visit! The suite itself was large, beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The amenities are superb. The staff is excellent- they note your preferences and keep them in mind. Their restaurant service is based on attention to detail - Gusnadi and his team are wonderful. Thank you, team - we will visit again! "
