There are plenty of facilities for adults and kids to enjoy and the kids club is great for parents to have meeee time. We love the buffet breakfast very much. "Wow—what an excellent stay. Check-in was smooth and effortless. Our room (3109) was outstanding: incredibly spacious, with a walk-in closet, a beautiful bathroom, a large balcony, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we also attended the New Year’s Eve buffet, which was fantastic—plentiful, varied, and very well done. The property itself is beautiful. We spent time at the private pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The gym was well equipped, though it did get quite busy at times with all equipment in use. The café was also excellent, with a cool vibe and stylish design. While the main lobby is very well designed and has a boutique feel, it lacked air conditioning, making it quite hot with no real place to escape the heat while waiting. The hotel is well located in Seminyak and close to the beach, which was very convenient. One small suggestion would be the addition of an adults-only pool, as the private pool was accessible to everyone. A special mention to the team for the thoughtful touches: on our last night, they surprised us with a passport holder gift, which was a lovely gesture. I also celebrated my birthday during our stay, and they provided a delicious birthday cake that made it extra special. Overall, an amazing stay—we would absolutely return."

"We loved our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. From the moment we arrived, the front door staff, concierge, security, and bell staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The cleaning staff provided excellent service and maintained very high standards throughout our stay. Our garden room was well equipped, clean, and spacious, with excellent air conditioning, making it very comfortable to relax in. We also found the Discova third-party tour operator located at the hotel to be very informative and helpful. They planned our trips well, and everything ran exactly as expected. The only minor drawback, and no fault of the hotel, is the heavy traffic around the hotel in the afternoons. A 20-minute walk can take up to an hour and a half by car, so walking is often the better option. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding staff and great accommodation. We would happily return."
