I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. No one replied. The reception is usually alone, and at check out they were...
"Nice property. Clean quiet. Restaurant on site is closed. Breakfast buffet was open and good. Note if you want to use sauna or hot tub, charge is 20e per person for 80 min. Bathroom in our room was tiny, not for a larger person. I am 70 kg and I found it cramped. Overall good stay. Just plan to eat lunch and dinner offsite."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two days prior to boarding a cruise. We had an incredible stay. The communication with Marlene prior to our stay was exceptional. She answered all of my questions and arranged for transportation from the airport to the hotel and also to the cruise terminal for us. Orlando, our driver was amazing and very personable. We were able to communicate via a phone app that translated for both of us..We spoke no Italian and he spoke very little English but we managed to carry on a great conversation. Live technology. The staff at the hotel were excellent and so very helpful. They worked as a team. The on site restaurants food was of the highest quality. It was so phenomenal we ate all three main meals there. They also offered a lovely breakfast. This was definitely like finding a needle in a haystack for us. It is very rare to get service like this anymore. We are so happy we came across this little gem! We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again. It was also meticulously clean, large room and had a lovely pool and courtyard. "

The location was easy to walk around in, though we are in shape and younger. I was concerned at the quality we might get because the price was so low, but wow. "The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit.
The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods.
Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls.
Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations.
