A family run operation with limited facilities, tight parking, home cooking nice but limited, pool is not heated, old stone building charming and interior has modern update including heat pump. Some dining options in town not far, but mostly it's about quiet get away and making trips to other sites.

There was no check in area. We decided to open a door and the family was sitting there eating lunch. No one acknowledged us. They just looked at us. Very unprofessional arrangement. Their children and dogs constantly ran around day and night making a lot of noise. Not worth the money spent.

If you pay more then 30 € you will be dissapointed

If you paid more then 30 euro, you will be dissapointed. Room is very outdated, toilets shower, bed falling appart, room was not cleaned, sheets were old.

La struttura principale è molto antica anche se ristrutturata da qualche anno. La camera in cui eravamo era molto spaziosa e nel complesso in uno stato di mantenimento più che accettabile. Tutto l’ agriturismo si trova in un vallone boscoso all’ingresso di Acquapendente ma ben distante dal caos del centro urbano.dunque la tranquillità è assicurata. Menzione particolare per la cucina ben curata e che utilizza in maniera preponderante i prodotti dell’orto, il menù è fisso ma varia comunque ogni giorno. La gestione è familiare con grande disponibilità e simpatia. La piscina è ampia anche se non profondissima, non riscaldata ma con acqua a temperatura gradevole. Nel complesso un’ottima esperienza che ci auguriamo di poter ripetere quanto prima

Das Hotel bietet alles, was ich mir gewünscht habe. Es befindet sich in einer ländlichen Umgebung in der Nähe der Stadt. Daher darf man auch nicht erwarten, dass es so sauber in ein 5 Sterne hotel ist. Es verfügt über alle Dinge, die mir wichtig sind, wie einen Pool, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, sauber, ruhige Umgebung und Gastfreundlichkeit. Beaonders hervorzuhebrn ist die herzliche und sehr gastfreundliche Art des Gastgebers. Einen großen Dank an Andre. Er hat den Aufenthalt sehr aufhewertet. Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen, wenn ich in der Nähe bin. So muss Urlaub sein!

Posto bellissimo, buona colazione e personale cordiale, ma purtroppo la nostra camera era terribile. Non avevamo il bidet ed è stato un grosso problema, il bagno puzzava terribilmente di fogna e di conseguenza anche la camera, non avevamo la televisione e non c'è stata traccia di altri servizi presenti nella descrizione delle camere. Avrebbero dovuto farcela pagare la metà la nostra camera.La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare e c'erano insetti disgustosi. Peccato perchè è veramente un bel posto e ci aspettavamo di più.

Quiet comfort and excellent food.

Very comfortable and quiet place somewhat outside the town. We loved cooling in the pool before an excellent meal of cheese, salad, pasta and wild boar. The owners are a friendly family, and even picked us up in town when we phoned to say that we'd exhausted ourselves walking 20 km in high heat to reach the area.

Questo agriturismo immerso nel verde, tranquillo ma non isolato rispetto al centro di Acquapendente, purtroppo non ha soddisfatto quello che sono le mie esigenze minime; devo con rammarico segnalare una scarsa pulizia, in tutti e tre giorni di permanenza la stanza non è stata mai pulita, né tantomeno il bagno. Siamo abituati a lasciare sempre la stanza in perfetto ordine, anche con il letto fatto, e forse questa è stata la causa di lasciar perdere totalmente la pulizia, neanche una spazzata. Nel complesso il personale è stato gentile, ma di sicuro non ci ritornerei.

Quasi un borghetto tranquillo con piscina e verde

Tre giorni di relax ad Acquapendente. "Il sentiero" si trova a un Km dal Santo Sepolcro, permette di riposare intorno ad una piscina abbastanza grande in mezzo al verde; gli ospiti alloggiano in alcuni edifici in pietra molto suggestivi (la sala ristorante è in parte scavata nella roccia e sembra di cenare in una tomba etrusca). Il menù fisso (costo 20$) non sempre è all'altezza delle aspettative, OK la colazione (inclusa).
