"The room was quite hot and stuffy overnight, despite having the cooling on. It made it difficult to sleep. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which added to the heat. The female toilets in the restaurant were very basic and hadn't been swept properly or walls cleaned for some time. I rate it as "ok" overall as the location was central to where we wanted to go. I doubt I would stay there again. "

"Staff were brilliant, kind and informative. Pool was huge and had an abundance of clean towels. The spa was a little dirty but what can you expect with hot bodies in hot water. Room was fantastic and clean and the views were beautiful. "

Only suggestion would be to possibly have extra blankets and shower amenities like shower caps and hygiene kit please. We had neighbours whom had their TV on full volume till 11:30pm which is annoying when trying to sleep, maybe when not so busy to space out guests. "
