"Great stay! Spacious suite and a lovely basket of breakfast supplies was delivered in the am. Quiet, ocean views, close to town, and the pool was an added bonus for the kids. Would recommend. "

"They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! "

"The place was fantastic, gorgeous and awesome. Location was great, just in the suburbs of Ponta Delgado. The accommodations were superb, we stayed in the family villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms... each bedroom was on opposite ends, and there was doors subdividing the area, for extra privacy. Very nice. The owner Paulo and caretaker Claudio were very helpful and friendly. Vinnie the big pup was a big lovable doofus. If we are able to make it back to the Azores again, we would try to...

"The vila was perfect. Well equipped, clean and spacious. It is located 10 minutes from the port and close to the highway. The island is easily accessible from the vila. The staff (manager and housekeeper) were more than helpful. If we go back to Punts Delgada we will return to the Vilas dos Olivas without a doubt! "

"Apartment had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Some people complain about the stairs to get to the upstairs bedroom but at 63 years of age I had no problem. I would recommend this apartment to people that are looking for a place to stay. "

"Probably the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Even the cleaners say hello when you walk past. Great service at the front desk through to the bar and restaurant. We couldn’t fault it. Would definitely stay there if we visit the Azores again "

"Great secluded hotel with wonderful walking trails next to the coast! Love the amazing views of the Atlantic and surrounding so much, I would go back just because of this. Room was dated but served the purpose. Only one in-house restaurant. Food was good but has limited options. Same menus everyday, they should change the menus from day-to-day. Overall, it’s a very good hotel with most wonderful views!! It’s very relaxing! Staff were courteous and always helpful. Highly recommended!! "

"Great place to stay! Close to everything and right across from the marina. Attentive staff and clean property. Front desk helped rent us a car and with securing a taxi. Only complaint the hot tub not working. Otherwise 5 stars all around. Would stay again. Lovely suite. "

"Beautiful location away from downtown, but only 20 minutes drive to the action, shopping and cultural surroundings of ponta Delgada. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful with any questions , beautiful surroundings of the mountains from your room very relaxing views. "
