The room wasn't clean, the towels were stained. One light bulb in the bathroom worked. Balcony was dirty with garbage left there from previous rental. Crumbs left on side table. This hotel is within walking distance to the Boardwalk, directly across the street from the Ocean and close to dining areas . The Oceanic has a swim up TikiBar pool side and a bar below. The staff was helpful and polite . Very limited parking outside the hotel with another parking down the street, first come first serve and only allows 1 car with registration, making it challenging to find inexpensive overnight parking nearby. However, We would stay here again.

The motel is in a great location, walkable to all of the best restaurants and right across the street from the boardwalk and beach. The motel itself is dated and the room was dingy. The bathroom was newly renovated, however. The carpets are dirty and the amenities are poorly maintained. I spoke to a guest who has been coming here for years. It seems like there is new ownership that does not put as much care into the property as previous ownership.
