Mooi appartement, alleen wat achterstallig onderhoud. Vochtplekken in badkamer en alles wat moet hangen zit los, zoals bv wasbak etc. Tuin meubilair was in slechte staat, alles verdiend een opknapbeurt. Airconditioning is top en personeel vriendelijk.
