"I was disappointed with this stay. For the amount of money it cost, the caravan was not clean, was overcrowded and needs a lot of smarting up.
You had to pay extra to have bedding which I think is unreasonable, particularly how much it cost per night anyway. Communication with the host was fine but not great. Unfortunately I won’t be recommending or returning to this property. "

"Great location in the heart of the town. Quirky little hotel with good continental breakfast. Good value. Thank you Sanjeev for making me feel welcome and being very helpful. I would stay there again."
"Great room and very spacious- loved the extras like the vanity and towel warmers. Bar staff was very friendly and engaging - made for nice conversation. "
"We had no hot water in our room so couldn’t use the bath or shower, the air conditioning unit did not work and the room wasn’t well cleaned. I have to say that after speaking with the staff at the hotel they were very helpful and did offer a refund for the affected night, but we did check out a night early to find a different hotel as the problems weren’t resolved and a new room couldn’t be offered due to it being fully booked. It’s quite run down and was a disappointment, we expected it to be nicer than it was and definitely expected the basic things like hot water to work. It is in a great location, right in the center of everything and good for a night but if you’re looking for something more romantic for say an anniversary then I would probably avoid. It’s a shame as it could be much nicer if it had a bit of TLC."
"What a wonderful welcome from Hannah and the team. Brilliant stay and wonderful breakfast. They are currently carrying out a refurbishment (hence 4 rather than 5 stars for the actual hotel). Didn't impact, other than the restaurant being closed but wow from what they've done so far it's going to be stunning! Great location too"
"We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . Thanks to all the staff x"
"Lovely, cheap and charming little hotel in a tremendous location, close to all the sights and East railway station.
Minimal contact with staff, was let in and explained where the room and key was, no reception desk as such, but didn't need anything more. Didn't see anyone on the way out.
The room was compact but very adequate, clean and comfortable. Usable en suite in the corner, little shabby in places but no complaints.
Nice to have a 2:00pm check in available and the perfect place for my quick (cheap) overnighter before a meeting the next day."
