"I was disappointed with this stay. For the amount of money it cost, the caravan was not clean, was overcrowded and needs a lot of smarting up.
You had to pay extra to have bedding which I think is unreasonable, particularly how much it cost per night anyway. Communication with the host was fine but not great. Unfortunately I won’t be recommending or returning to this property. "

"Room was lovely & spacious enough to work as classed as small double. Breakfast was freshly cooked & well presented with continently sides also very good to choose from. Only small issue I had was shower was although easy to work & hot was that head positioned way too low for 6'4" person. Needs to be raised where there is space to do so, I was permanently bending in there."
"Location was fantastic, the building carried a strong smell of food on the Friday only not sure if due to business downstairs. Interesting building, although staircase up top can be a bit tricky and the bath didn’t work or we couldn’t work it but the separate shower did. For future reference although our key was not left in the room the guy came quickly and I would suggest to leave the WiFi code on arrival as we didn’t get to use it till the following evening, luckily friends had better service to research day before. We will stay again due to having single beds in the property and the location was great. "
"Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, offered local advice and provided numerous accommodations to meet our dietary restrictions. We absolutely would return."
"A comfortable room with an excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
Great to have easy parking and only a short bus ride to the beautiful historic city of Canterbury.
The cathedral is unbelievable!!"
"Hotel was very quiet as it was a Sunday - it is also currently being renovated - I wasn’t offered a refurbished room until I asked specifically if any were available after I had already checked in.
Old room was very dated, had a creaky floor, tap dripping and whistling extractor fan in bathroom. I’m not sure if the newer room we had was same grade as much smaller room size and double rather than king size bed. Decor much better and bathroom nice.
Breakfast buffet was poor, my partner gave the full English 3/10 - quite a small portion served. machine coffee like dishwater - not proper filter coffee.
Service was good but there were less than 10 people dining so not sure how it would be on a busy day with one staff member.
Plus point was free parking and only 10 minute walk into town.
Would maybe go back when renovations completed. "
