"Restraunts were limited to 2 open per night max. Then on top of only having two choices we waited 2.5 hours to get seated and didn’t get to actually eat until 9:30pm. No daytime buffet had to order off the menu only.When going up to bar to order drinks sometimes felt as though we weren’t suppose to be up there and should of waited for waiters to get our drinks but they were not able to keep up. Have not experienced this at an all inclusive resort before. Food was good but just very dissatisfied with the extreme wait times due to only having two verses the 4 advertised restraunts. Also our room description had two bathrooms and there was only one. Made it work but another disappointment. "

"A smaller resort with a kind and helpful staff. The property was clean and well kept. Nightly entertainment is the only area where we would suggest improvement (2 nights were karaoke). "

"Booked a room with an ocean view and was given partial view. Vanity light in room didn’t work and was broken, called to make a report and no one came to check it out. Found a cockroach in our room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful but conditions could be better. Room service food was honestly so nasty. Kind of annoying that all pool/beach chairs said “no reserving” and everyone left their towels since the early morning. I did enjoy that it was pretty quiet and not as hectic as the kids side so we were able to relax. "

"The staff is very attentive. I was asked if I had everything I needed multiple times throughout my stay. Very family friendly and only a 18 minute walk from a little marina if you want to try different restaurants or go on a stroll outside of the resort. I will say it’s a little annoying that guests place towels on pool chairs as early as 7am to ‘hold’ them even though they’re not using them. By 9am, every pool chair is pretty much taken. "
