"The hotel itself is excellent. My room was very clean and modern with decent space. I did not need the upgrade they asked about to a club room. The view of the sea was spectacular.
The pool also has a terrific view and is very well maintained. My only complaint would be the lack of any shade. During the hot sunny days there is nowhere to escape to and some umbrellas are desperately needed.
The staff at the pool bar are very friendly and provide excellent service. Special shout out to Kaitlyn and Daniel, who took such good care of me and all the guests at the pool bar.
The breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced. I would’ve liked some more cold options. But again, the staff there were extremely friendly and professional.

"I had a nice room with beach view. My room had a balcony. The view was magnificent. I always stay here when I’m in Cartagena so obviously I live this place. I have friends at the beach that take care of me so I always feel safe and welcome. Also, unfortunately I was not feeling well and they prepared special meals for me.
