Our butler, Agung, was exceptional—thoughtful, proactive, and incredibly kind—making our stay effortless and memorable. "The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and ready to help with whatever we needed. The breakfast was great, we tried the scrambled eggs, the vegetable omelet and the breakfast bagel which were all very yummy. The location is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and lots of shops. The property is gorgeous and I would definitely stay here again."
