Le logement est tout à fait insalubre, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude (a la limite cela peut passer) mais lorsqu’en arrivant nous avons découvert les cheveux coincés dans la douche, le rideau de douche troué, noire de crasse, ça en était trop ! "All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner."

"The hotel room was a horror. Everything was dirty, the sheets were stained and there was an anthill in the corner. You don't even get toilet paper. We checked out again immediately."

First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL."
