"All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner."

"The good: comfortable bed, air conditioning, clean linen, complimentary tea, water and kettle to use. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of different foods to choose from.

"Class is a nice, simple hotel and spa (we didn’t use the spa). It was clean and in a quiet part of town. It was not really walkable to any convenient stores or restaurants (you probably could walk, but there are no sidewalks and as soon as you walk a half-Kilometer, the traffic is pretty heavy - so not too safe). "We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? It was noisy and very dirty and a terrible experience. We would like a full refund from you and ask you to review the rating you currently have on the hostel."
