"I was given a room when o arrived but the a/c stop working they first said they fixed it but it was not fixed luckily there was a gentleman there and he helped me switch rooms and it was perfect the only problem with this hotel is that it’s very very out dates the lounge chairs for the beach are broken and dirty the regular lounge chairs to tan are old and need to be replaced the breakfast is trash the food that they sell is no good I asked for a cheese burger well done and it came back raw the drinks are amazing and there nachos as well the staff is very friendly but they need to improve on the menu for breast munch and dinner it’s sucks for sure the only good thing I did see that they would clean the pool and check the water every few hours but those chairs are horrible and uncomfortable the ones like I said for the beach are ripped and broken they need to improve that and uodate all the rooms the worst thing they do t have phones in the room so if we need something at what ever time we have to go out of our way and walk downs stairs it’s crazy I never seen a room with. I phone I had balcony it was a little dirty and the sliding door was jamming the bathroom smelled like urin it was disgusting luckily I bought mini cleaning supplies the pullout couch was disgusting n very very dirty the really need to invest and remodel the room and put phones because it’s crazy how I had to go 6 times down stairs because of the a/c until they moved me finally would I come again NOPE NEVER!"
Y jamás volvería a ir! Y solo fui como acompañante, o visitante no eran mis vacaciones!!"
Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
2/10 Terrible
"It was a terrible experience for us.It is our fourth visit in Cancun and we had wonderful times.
Listing and rating did not match at all.Our room felt outdated and very uncomfortably maintained. We asked for different room/options and were told"only if we pay for upgrade "
Our room was junior suite oceanfront. The glass on balcony was old and scratched, the mirrors were moldy stained, shower and bathroom looked old and not maintained. It was a cold, unpleasant atmosphere everywhere. The staff was not caring and unpleasant overall.
We booked a different place and left 2 hours after arrival since hotel or Expedia left us with no other help."

2/10 Terrible
"I wish I could of stayed at resort, and be able to give good review, but flight was cancelled on 2nd leg, and we were left stranded at DFW airport.
I informed hotel and Expedia of flight cancelation immediately. Hotel said as trip was booked through Expedia, they said they could not do anything, and I had to contact Expedia.
Wife and I contacted Expedia immediately, and originally said we would get refund when we spoke to them while stuck at airport were stuck at airport, but that was a lie.
Since then, Expedia has been even worse. They have not refunded me a penny for trip. I paid over $1300 to get to Cancun in airfare, and over $1700 for hotel, and have not received a penny back. On top of this it took me alot of aditional money just to make it back home from DFW. What a joke."
