"This is my second time staying at the hideaway and would definitely stay again. The staff is extremely friendly and would never pass you without greeting you, you will always find grounds keepers, either cleaning, or maintaining the property and the property itself is beautiful. The spa was absolutely amazing and definitely a must do. I worked with Tashel for months leading up to our trip in order to assure my husband‘s birthday celebration, and our guest had a memorable vacation. She assured everything was in order for our arrival as well as assisting throughout the trip. The only disappointment we experienced was the restaurant closures. Not all of the restaurants were open and available for reservations or they would close unexpectedly the day before. Additionally, the food at Desparado was not good at all and from the time we ordered it took an hour for the food to come out. Be prepared for a two hour trip from the airport to the resort. If you have a good cab driver, they can make that trip a great beginning to your vacation."

"The staff was amazing and very accommodating, especially Derek and Michael. The customer service from the staff at Ti Bananne was top notch and the food also very good. Sorry. I only remember the name Sam. I would definitely return and highly recommend for a quiet getaway. Only thing to be prepared for is that we found it difficult to shower without getting the bathroom floor wet. It seems like a design flaw. The bench and shower head should have been switched. We went early October and the floor there were not a lot of guests or activities onsite, but it was perfect as we walked all around and took day trips around the island. Great first visit to St. Lucia and will definitely be back."
