"This was a last minute booking for us, we booked 2 rooms, and to my happy surprise they were adjoining. This made it very convenient for us. I have to give a huge shoutout to front desk Rebecca, she is the sweetest person, made us a priority every time she saw us. She was beyond happy and polite. She made our stay extra special. "Giving 5 stars for the staff from the front reception, the housekeeping , maintenance & butler ( especially Joe ) for their quick response to assistance; giving 4.5 stars for the room furnitures show some wear and tear but the bed and pillows were comfortable to sleep on & the room was clean ; did not have a microwave nor did I ask for it but there is a mini fridge and a safe box ; had the room facing Bienville St. with the narrow balcony which was just enough experience for us with the activities going on post Thanksgiving Day by Bourbon St. enjoyed sitting there basking during sunrise ; ( wished the hotel for-warn us about certain roads being barricaded during big events since we checked in after 6 PM and the hotel is right at Bourbon , Bienville and Conti streets ; beautiful courtyard and pool area but did not get a chance to sit longer or dip due to time and weather ; the hotel has different show at night but did not avail ( there’s fee ) ; wished I was reminded about the daily $15 worth credit during stay since they have a coffee/snack shop ; maybe being a big older hotel , it takes at least 15 minutes for the shower water to heat up which hubby wanted ; beautiful holiday decorations ; valet parking is provided with a fee daily which the attendants were careful with the car ; "
