"I highly recommend this hotel for the hospitable staff, beautiful setting, quiet yet accessible location and wonderful buffet. The rooms are super clean, and the hotel has a lovely outdoor seating area. The bathroom has a powerful shower and aromatic liquid soaps. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the beds and pillows were uncomfortable for us. Be prepared for extra firm mattresses, and flat pillows, one per person. I would come here again, but honestly didn’t have the greatest sleeps. The a/c worked fine. Overall, this is a lovely hotel. We really appreciated the superior service, extra beach towels and pastries upon arrival."

"Nice, clean location right near the water in Rio. Was very nice opening the window and seeing the beautiful scenery. Lots of stairs to reach the room. By the photos on booking site, I expected a small balcony but our room did not have one. Parking was a plus (additional fee) but was a bit of a walk (mostly uphill) to reach accommodations which was challenging in the August heat with luggage. They do offer an optional service to transport luggage which we wish we purchased in hindsight. Checkout was in an adjacent building with more stairs to reach office. A/C wasn’t very powerful and we found the property to be warm and muggy, which has been our experience in most of our accommodations in Italy but wanted to note if A/C is important to you."

"We have nothing but good things to say! The staff is incredible. We had a terrible accident on our way to the hotel that left my daughter unable to walk and the staff did everything possible to to make our stay wonderful! The location is perfect! The rooms are beautiful! The view!! We will be back when we are mobile!"

"The hotel was gorgeous- the staff was amazing, the location was perfect. There was one flaw. The WiFi was horrible on every floor except the lobby - it was constantly dropping and since cell signal in the area was bad we would have trouble utilizing the internet to find restaurants, buy tickets etc…. I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."

The views from my room were unbelievable, offering breathtaking scenery that made my stay even more memorable. And we enjoyed a great breakfast with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Accommodation was central, clean and well maintained. Martina provided great communication and check in. There is no parking but we parked at Europa Car Park which cost us 18 Euro per day, it was more secure and better maintained then the train station parking lot. The room was just like the photos, and we could walk across the road for dinner/breakfast, great location! Thank you!"

"Very nice property, next to the station, very nice rooms and service. The only thing to keep into consideration is no elevator (which may or may not be an issue) depending on your luggage. Highly recommended."
