"Douglas was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in. Property managers were also friendly. Was surprised at the condition of the unit based on the photos though. Could’ve used some renos with marks on walls, discoloured grout, bedroom door with a rip, worn living room cushions, iron with burnt residue that transferred to our clothes, and loft bed’s floor boards were straining when you step on them. Not sure what the “thematic” part of the title is though, as there were no...

"This was advertized as a 3 star hotel. That is a misleading description; at best, this is more like a 2 star hotel if that. There isn't really a hotel lobby, no physical help desk, no provided shampoo or bodywash, no closet, no in person services in general. The bathroom does not separate the shower, toilet, and sink as a 3 star hotel would usually do. As somebody described, it's more like big common rooms with individual rooms in them. That design means noises are amplified and people opening...

"Good location 5 min walk to shopping center with 3 coffee shops and few restaurants. Pillows were little too firm. Mattress firm the way i prefer. Hot water dispencer in hall on each floor. Fan keeps room cool at night with the cool to cold night temperatures outside. Very basic hotel with all you need for short stay."
