Hotels near Camelback Mountain Adventures

"Come to stay for 3 nights. Place is old and dingy. Bathroom so small you can barely turn around in it. Hotel needs an ULTIMATE UPGRADE. Towels and wash clothes was dirty with stained all over them. Bedding was old and dingy. Room was so dark and gloomy with all lights on. Property was in a good location to things. Hot breakfast every morning was horrible. Last 2 nights I stayed a family allowed the children to run all in hallways yelling jumping you heard was booming and banging till after 11pm both nights. When I checked out young man at desk wasn’t pleasant at all. Point blank I’ll never stay at this place again. "

"I stayed at The Swiftwater, and unfortunately, it wasn’t family-friendly as we expected. Kids had to leave the pool after 5 p.m., but this wasn’t mentioned on the website. Beyond that, customer service was lacking. Staff rarely smiled or engaged with us, and when we went to the bar after last call, there was no effort to accommodate even a simple request. While the property itself is beautiful and new, the hospitality was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, and I think management needs to make major changes in staffing and approach."

"Everything about this property was above and beyond our expectations!! Tons of space for everyone - the bottom level was perfect for the girls to ‘get away’ from the adults!! Waking up to the snow on Sunday morning was an added bonus! We will be back for sure!! "

"Cons: Not a lot of sit down dining options near by. The deck area in the unit both front and back are in need of tlc. The ac system is convaluted. Mattresses could be better. Nice that they offered a pellet grill and bbq but the pellet grill is disgusting. Outdoor area needs a good cleaning. There is enough space for king mattresses, queens were tiny. Stove is a cooktop and takes longer than normal to boil water. The pool is basic and closes very early. Pros: All appliances are new and in great shape. Adjustable base bed in one room. Decent wifi for gaming. All tvs are new. Unit looks very close to like in its photos. "
