"Amazing room, was abit dark but it’s fine for convinience."

"The room was immaculate and laid out well, but quite small. Our room had a support column next to the bed. IIt had a King bed and would have been more comfortable with a Queen bed. The bathroom was modern, the shower new and working perfectly. Staff helpful, and location could not be better. Excellent business hotel. A bit on the pricey side for the room size, but right next to the big rail stations. We would stay there again."

"This hotel was the epitome of perfection. The junior suite was amazing for our family of three. The breakfast buffet and the drinks lounge were out of this world. Housekeeping was fantastic. This hotel is recommended to anyone looking for accommodation in London - it is such great value for money. The mini bar was amazing. Only thing we hoped it would be restocked daily - perhaps that is something they would be willing to look into. However, the free coffee, wine, beer, snacks at the lounge more than made up for it."

"Upon arrival we were greeted and helped with checkin, no long queues, likewise checking out at the end of our stay. Staff were friendly, there was always someone with a hello and a smile in reception day and night. The room was small and clean the bed was comfortable, we only used it as a base for 2 days so ideal for our stay. Great location for visiting central London, the west end and experiencing Londons vibrant atmosphere. The hotel was good value for money being in the heart of the west end. Only fault we found was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which for us was a slight inconvenience but wouldn’t put us off staying there again."

"All the staff dotted about the hotel were fantastic - very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were great. Breakfast was fantastic. The location was ideal for us. No air conditioning in rooms which was very disappointing. Had a tiny fan to use in the room. At times the room felt hotter than outside. The lack of A/C was the main let down."
