I received the door codes message ok although I never received the pre booking email mentioned by others. The room seemed ok and I had a ground floor room at the front with big bay window. But no power. But shower was hot. I knew I was going to be there for 10 hours tops so I lived with it. As expect, any calls for assistance remain unanswered. "We came to visit family who live nearby in the village, so it was very convenient to stay at the Red Lion. The apartment was great, the super-king-sized bed was very comfortable with lovely cotton sheets, and there was a great shower. Staff were very friendly and the apartment block is a short walk from the pub, so it is private and quiet. Would definitely stay again . "
