"So here's the deal. The cost is reasonable, the location is good, but the property is clearly positioned as pay-by-hour establishment. The staff were nice and kind, with good coffee available in the morning. Some of my teammates had minor room issues (e.g. water leaking from around the ceiling mounted shower head), but overall not too upset with the accommodation. "

"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Everthing made fresh for us, smoothies and coffees at breakfast were great too! Huge selection of healthy drinks. The resort is in a random location so it’s very much a place to stay on property but the spa facilities, gym, food and property provided enough to do for a relaxing 2 days. "客室は清潔で、シーツ、タオル、アメニティなど毎日変えてくれて満足でしたが、浴槽がありジェット付きでしたが お湯が貯まりにくく、足がつかるぐらいしかお湯が貯まらなかった。スタッフ対応は良くして頂き、チェックインが0時過ぎてるにもかかわらず、チェックインしていない人のリストを用意していてスムーズにチェックイン出来ました。"
