"Super friendly and hospitable staff. Cute property that is well maintained and has a nice charm. Food is delicious and service incredible and very warm! Highly recommend!"

"This was an extremely disappointing stay. The bathroom already looked unclean when I entered the room, but the faucet was absolutely disgusting. I used a disinfecting wipe to clean it lightly, and a huge amount of black dirt came off immediately. The wipe turned completely black, which was honestly revolting. This is a surface guests touch every day, and the fact that it was left in such a filthy condition raises serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards. Cleanliness should be the most basic expectation for any hotel, but this place completely failed. I felt very uncomfortable staying here and would not return or recommend it to anyone. "

"Loved this hotel. Luxurious, modern and clean room. Rooftop hotel bar and pool, as well as a restaurant and spa in the hotel. Staff are very helpful and kind. Had an amazing spa treatment. Location is great as many restaurants and shops close by. Staff helped arrange transpiration to the airport."

"The staff were amazing, and communicating with them was easy. They were very warm and welcoming, also provided a map and some tips on where to go and what to do. The suite had plenty of space, although the toilet needed some thorough cleaning as I saw some cobwebs and the exhaust had accumulated dust. Apart from that everything was in order. Fresh towels and bottled water were available upon request. Airconditioning and hot shower were good. The area had plenty of local shops and food options to choose from. The breakfast area is outside of the hotel property, about 50 metres away. Not a huge selection, but is enough to fill you up for the morning. Overall a pretty good stay."

"The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and very convenient for exploring Hanoi. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The breakfast was great, with a good variety and fresh options every morning. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful and kind Da, Andrea… they made our stay special and great."
