"Super home base to explore the city from. Easy to spend time close to the hotel with sights, parks, restaurants all within easy stroll. We were using taxis versus metro, taxi from hotel gets an added charge but short walk down stairs to nearby taxi stand is available once you get to know the area. Metro is a longer walk. Service was great, many thanks "
"Weekend break in Paris taking early morning Saturday Eurostar from London to Gare du Nord. Stayed overnight at this hotel which was easy walking distance from station. "
"The staff were so accommodating. Very helpful and polite.
Our room was very clean albeit small, however we had the most amazing view of the eiffel tower, the bathroom was lovely and modern , offering shower gel shampoo body lotion, and a fab rain over head shower plus a hand shower, a decent hair dryer too.. breakfast was great offering croissants pastries meats etc .the hotel was a 2 minute walk to the metro station... (from gard de nord to chapelle change to blanche .. moulin rouge theatre you'll see as soon as you leave the metro.. i felt very safe in the area thousands of people about, ill definitely use chat noir again and highly recommend this quaint hotel..thank you for a nice stay...."
