"The amenities were all good. No coffee in the room but was available in the lobby. The only negative was you don't have an option to not get housekeeping. I prefer to not have it but couldn't stop it but aside from that, the whole experience was awesome "

"If I could give this hotel more stars, I would. I lost my mother in the early morning of the day I checked in. I had not slept in over 28 hours and decided I would go to the hotel at 9:30 in the morning. I explained what was going on, and Reginald was so accommodating and helpful. They let me check in 6 hours early with no additional charge! The room was very nice and clean and all the staff were so nice. Thank you again for what you did for me that day. "
