"Even though we had an issue with the toilet, we were able to change rooms for the night. The room was very well-lit, comfortable, had plenty of charging stations, and would be perfect for a family with small children (the love seat pulls out into a double bed). Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. 10/10 on this one!"

"Just what the doctor ordered after a very long day on the road with a nervous dog. Friendly staff, great room access, easy walking space in the surrounding area to calm the dog, and very clean and accommodating room."

"Large room, comfy chair. Bathroom has a water closet! Always appreciate having the toilet seperate like that. We stayed in a king room and it contained a seperate shower&bathtub! The fitness center is 24hrs and the pool&hot tub were kept clean. Breakfast includes personalized omeletes was top notch. Despite the proximity to the highway, the rooms were super quiet (2nd floor so people all around and still quiet!). "

"We always stay there for our travels to Boise. It is conveniently located and has served us well. I did not like the lack of cleaning of the flooring underneath the bed. We dropped an item and saw a left-over baby bottle and years of untouched dust, etc. We left a note for the cleaning crew. I hope this will result in a change of policy. Having said all of this, we will remain loyal customers. 👍"

"Stopped for a couple nights while passing through Boise/Idaho. The room itself was tight for our family but not too bad. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had some really great options. The first morning was eggs and bacon. The second was biscuits and gravy! Was very excited, because usually you just get carby foods and sugary food options. "
