I always stay at LaQuinta Caldwell because of its prices, location, cleanliness, breakfast buffet. I would suggest to management to upgrade the green space at the other end of the property (opposite end from Office). It is an opportunity to be inviting to guests to sit out-of-doors to picnic, to enjoy shaded area, an extension to add to what I like about LaQuinta.

There was a lot of road noise, room vibration till about midnight from the laundry room boiler, and the caulking around the tub was not in good condition. Breakfast was adequate and staff was nice

The main reason I stopped there was to wash my clothes. Because they said they had a washer and dryer laundry service. When I got there, the washing machine was out of service.

The room I was provided was extremely out of date. Something out of the seventies. Old snagged rug, wood panels, paint splatter on wood floor and a bad cigarette smell.

This is a little older hotel, but the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, with lots of choices. Would definitely stay here again.

All except the lady who was setting up the breakfast, the other staff members were good. The new gentleman who had just started a few weeks prior, was excllent.
