Hotel hard to access. Entry is through the parking lot of an adjacent "C" store/gas station. While the room was decent from a cleanliness point of view, the hall was was dirty and needed vacuuming bad. There was a table in the hall that someone had written "dust me" in the dust on it's top, sometime in the past. Still there when we left. The "easy chair" in our room was thread bare and just plain worn out! The maid apparently had been instructed to leave just one "decaf" and one "regular" coffee pouch each day of the two we were there. I had to go down to the desk and collect another regular pouch each day When I asked the clerk if someone would clean off the tables in the dining room, I was informed that they would before breakfast the next day. Said it was a "losing proposition" to do it before then. Didn't seem to grasp the notion that they should be clean all the time. Breakfast itself was decent, as advertised.

It would have been useful to have poop bags in dog potty area, it was empty so people weren't picking up after their dogs. I was there 3 nights and they never checked to see if I needed clean towels or if my room needed freshening up. Other than that the room was very clean with comfortable beds with large pillows! Great breakfast options.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the last couple of years. About 3 months ago I noticed the cleanliness and condition of the rooms declining. This weekend it was very dirty. Nobody cleaned behind the bathroom door and the hallway needed vacuuming. I don’t leave reviews often and I’m not picky, but this was disappointing.

Everything was excellent, the check in was fast. The room was amazing, one of the most comfortable beds. I've ever slept in my life. The breakfast was adequate and the staff were very friendly.

The employee that was working the night that we took in was very kind considerate she was the sweetest person I have ever met especially here in Idaho she needs to be employee of the month or something because she does a dang good job she makes everybody feel welcome and she puts all of her attention into her guests the hotel is nice clean and I highly recommend everyone to stay there

Parking was adequate and felt safe. Breakfast left allot to be desired. We don't care for biscuits and gravy or dry cereal. We would like some eggs and bacon or sausage. Fresh fruit would be nice. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

So far it's been the cheapest and nicest play to stay in Nampa. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but it doesn't come with a 5 star price tag so if you go there thinking it's going to be a decent room and a nice clean bathroom, you can expect that. It was very, very comfortable for the budget.

The Manager at the front desk was friendly and informative, room was clean, breakfast was good. The lady at the front desk in the morning treated me special during breakfast and went out of her way to assist me with a few needs. It’s kind of like watching cartoons in the morning. Everyone trying to get off the freeway at the same place, same time, same results. They play the rerun every evening around 5 or 6pm. 🤣🤣🤣
