"I was put in a handicapped room , it was fine but not mentioned when I asked if I can check in early. Had I known I would have waited for a regular room on a higher level where the noise in the hallway wouldn’t have been so loud. "

"This is not a handicapped friendly facility. No elevators and staff that thinks it is okay to put 2 70 year olds with bad knees on the 2nd floor. I questioned the 2nd floor and the staff member just told us the stairs are over there. The staff could have at least asked if we needed help with our luggage. The ladies room in the lobby was out of order our entire stay. Room was clean but I would not recommend this hotel."
